A video can end. A world has to keep updating, remembering and responding — and stay physically consistent.

01A video is an output.
02A world is a process.
01 — SCENESAI

A world that keeps running

ScenesAI is DAWA's real-time world model. Instead of treating a world as a video waiting to be generated, it organizes space, people, objects, motion, lighting, physics and history into a world state that is continuously updated.

Persistent World = Memory + Physics + Sparse Diffusion + Rendering + AI Lighting

01SPARSE MICRO DIFFUSION

Sparse autoregressive diffusion: spend compute where the world changes

In a continuous world, only 10–20% of each frame actually changes — people, faces, hands, fabric, smoke and fire. Static regions reuse the latent cache; only the state delta is generated locally.

  • 40–60% less GPU than conventional video diffusion
  • 3–5× faster inference
  • 4B parameters active per step
Left: dense full-frame diffusion · Right: sparse micro-diffusion on dynamic regions
02DISENTANGLED LATENT STAGE

Latent Stage: change one variable, hold everything else

In a single latent space, scene, characters, lighting, camera, wardrobe and props, and physics are separated into stages that evolve independently under joint constraints. Turn the light to sunset, and the set, the cast and the camera stay frozen.

  • 7 state dimensions, independently controllable in real time
  • Continuous-edit tests: 98.2% target-edit success, 93.3% identity retention
  • 220+ short dramas produced in FilmOS workflows
Drag to rotate. Pick a variable — only the state around it evolves
03NON-LINEAR VIEW MATRIX (NVD)

Non-linear view matrix: turn linear footage into an editable matrix

Live-action footage is decomposed into six editable components — character, environment, camera, lighting, objects and motion — and recomposed into new worlds. Used on 20+ major film and TV productions at Yongchuan Tech Film Studio.

  • UbiComp / ISWC 2026 Demo
  • Across ten virtual-production tasks: 72% lower hardware cost, 63% shorter deployment
  • Productions include Resurrection, 《消失的人》 and The Battle at Lake Changjin
Editable components → Re-composable world
041B-PARAMETER MOTION MODEL

A 1B-parameter motion model: from spatial intent to executable motion

From an ordinary camera feed to 3D skeletons and spatial relations — and from an intent like “walk to the sofa and sit down” to motion sequences and character states that respect spatial boundaries and physical constraints.

  • 208 keypoints, markerless, no wearables
  • ≤ 0.1 s end-to-end latency

05NEURAL PHYSICS × NEURAL RENDERER

Neural physics and neural rendering: verifiable constraints for world models

Neural Physics solves rigid bodies, cloth, fluids, particles, collisions and gravity, and outputs world state. The Neural Renderer combines geometry, materials and lighting to turn that state into real-time frames.

  • 5 classes of physical-constraint checks
  • Built on 8 NVIDIA AI Enterprise suites
  • Physics video data generated from 300+ commercial projects

BENCHMARK

The question shifts from “how good is the generated video” to “how well does it generate a world in real time”. These are the evaluation dimensions and target metrics for SCENESAI.
